Standard Service Agreements
This package incorporates programmed preventive service visits as mandated in the New Zealand installation standard, to repeatedly examine and carryout regular services, thus making sure your system operates effectively.
The regularity of preventative service relies on the grade kind of system. Normally, standard systems are examined on a yearly basis and 2 times a year for every monitored security systems and fire systems.
Also integrated within the service contract is access to our all day emergency service. Benefits such as access to our 24-hour customer support line and a discounted labor rate in case you need to be planned installation or site attendance. Parts and discounted labor are accountable under the standard service agreement.
Comprehensive Service Agreements
This package integrates scheduled preventive service visits, as mandated in the New Zealand installation standard, to repeatedly examine and carryout routine services to make sure your system operates effectively.
Also integrated within the service contract is access to our all day emergency service. Benefits such as access to our 24-hour customer support line and a discounted labor rate in case you need planned installation or site attendance. This includes access to our 24-hour help line and all inclusive parts and labor should you require emergency on-site attendance.(As long as the damage was not caused by the client, a third party or act of God.)
